I guess you can guess what game I’ve been revisiting, haha.
I don’t think I’ll ever be able to accurately put into words how much I love Sands of Time. It’s not my favorite game (an award that probably goes to Elder Scrolls III, but it’s a hard call to make), but it’s up there. It’s well-written, fun, short-but-sweet, has a lot of nice touches in writing, animation, and scenery, some pretty great albeit strangely British(???) voice acting, and looks great, especially given when it came out.
As for the trilogy as a whole, I really like it. Individually, I have problems with Warrior Within and Two Thrones, but as a set, they have a good story arc, and the Prince gets some really great (if not a little corny, hello third game) character development.
Forgotten Sands should probably be shoved in there somewhere too, but that’s the only one I haven’t beaten yet. I liked what I saw of it well enough, I guess, though it felt like it was shoved into the story for no real reason.
I’ve got an actually decent picture for this game in the works, but I felt like doodling a grumpy Prince. And then a grumpy Farah.
Goodness, has it been a year already?
I wasn’t planning on posting this yet, since I’m gonna use this for a thing later, but I don’t think I’ll be able to do anything new in 15 minutes, haha.
Happy birthday, Hyper Light Drifter!
A set of three quick Magi scribbleys, because I don’t know why I haven’t drawn something for this series yet and I love it.
I haven’t seen this movie yet.
Drawing more stupid things for Sam.
Feel better, Sam.
After watching the “A New Dawn” cinematic, I couldn’t resist.
Maybe I’ll redraw this to be less terrible later.
